How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you'll receive automatic shipments based on the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment is processed.

Subscription Confirmation

After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive two separate emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email - Confirms your initial order details and purchase
  2. Subscription Confirmation Email - Confirms your subscription setup and recurring billing details

Please keep these emails for your records.

Managing Your Subscription

For any changes to your subscription, including:

  • Skipping your next shipment
  • Updating payment information
  • Modifying your shipping address
  • Changing your subscription frequency
  • Any other subscription modifications

Include your order number and the email address associated with your subscription, along with the specific changes you'd like to make. We'll process your request promptly and confirm the changes via email.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please send an email to:

Once we receive your cancellation request, we may send you a follow-up email or a brief survey to help us improve our products and services.

Your subscription will be officially canceled once you respond to our email or complete the survey. You will receive a final confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. 

If we do not receive your response to our email or your completed survey within 24 hours of your next scheduled billing date, your subscription order will be automatically processed and charged. Once an order through a subscription has been placed, that order cannot be canceled or refunded, and the order will be sent as scheduled.

If you do not receive a final confirmation email of cancellation from us, your subscription is still active.

To ensure successful cancellation and avoid being charged: Please submit your cancellation request well in advance of your billing date and respond promptly to any follow-up emails or surveys we send you. We recommend initiating cancellation at least 48-72 hours before your next billing date to allow sufficient time for the process to complete.

Billing and Renewals

  • Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each billing cycle (e.g., monthly)
  • You will be charged using the payment method on file
  • We will send you an email notification when your subscription renews and your order ships
  • Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any price changes before they take effect

Subscription and Refund Policy

Please note that our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to subscription customers only after receiving at least 3 months of supply. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription orders that are canceled before receiving a 3 months supply are not eligible for any refund.
