Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed on the next business day following your purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that during certain periods of the year (such as holidays or promotional events) or during times of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Shipping Times

The shipping times shown at checkout are estimated timeframes only. We are not liable if your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeline. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and your location.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please be aware:

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders enter our processing and fulfillment system immediately to ensure fast delivery to our customers.

Shipping Liability

Nexora is not responsible for orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transportation unless insured shipping was selected at checkout.

Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Incorrect or Missing Orders

IMPORTANT: You must report any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery. If no request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving your product, the order is deemed as received without problems and will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of what you received
  • Description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed, as orders are processed quickly.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at email.nexora.store@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
